To this end, we offer all employees a culture of fun and learning, and a very competitive package of pay and benefits.   Roles & Responsibility:  This will be an AM role heading a team of 10-15 people across locations:  - Liaise with 3P Vendors for setting up new fulfillment centers and to ensure smooth FC operations  - Proactively resolving 3P escalations within a stipulated timelines  - Monitoring procurement, O2D and RTV TATs  - Identify & define metrics that shall form part of the Vendor performance index and to do a continuous monitoring of these metrics.  - Run basic analytics on Vendor performances and determine root causes for dips in Vendor performances and suggest improvements  - Work cross-functionally with different teams within & outside SCM in ideating & defining processes and systems  Financial Analysis:  - Coordinating with central finance reconciliation team for accurate and timely release of payments  Education and Experience Required:   - Engineer / MBA in Operations from tier II institute with 2-4 years experience in supply chain
