iBlink-, An Indian MNC in IOT base Smart Home Automation technology provider looking for a high performance Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- The candidate will be responsible for B2B sale
Job Responsibilities:
- Converting prospects into real business.
- Approach, meet and present to key identified prospects in the real estate sector & hospitality.
- Maintain regular follow-up and interaction with the identified prospects for proper and complete understanding of requirements, visiting the site, follow-ups, etc.
- Approach and meet developers in the real estate sector to profile the developers,understand their concerns and requirements and pitch solutions to develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Design the solution and prepare commercial proposal.
- Achieve growth and sales targets as assigned.
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting interpersonal customer relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Lead generation through cold calling, research and networking.
- Developing and maintaining database as required.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts as required.
Salary Offered : 4-10 LPA
