Part of the core team to develop strategy for the organisation  2. Define Go to market strategy and responsible for acquisition of customers and enrollment of service providers  3. Define the operational process for scale up  4. Build team and form sales and distribution channels  5. To build customer engagement program and build insights into marketing programs  Good to have Traits:  1. Entrepreneurial and prior experience preferred  2. Ability to work in unstructured business environment and can chase moving targets  3. One who can have 360 degree view of business and also be a micro manager for specific assignments  4. Innovative and problem solver  5. Solid knowledge of the industry and ability to foresee scenarios.   6.
