Position: DGM / GM – Customer Performance and Insights: India Commercial & Emerging Markets

Reporting to: Head – Strategy & Commercial Performance & Insights: India Commercial & Emerging Markets

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities & Duties

- Execute a consistent information management frameworks of Key Performance Indicators across all business units of India Commercial & Emerging markets to internally benchmark and drive continuous performance improvement

- Generation of MIS/Dashboards for reporting of key metrics to senior management

- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance monitoring reports for all business units

- Review and analyze the reports and compile executive summary and highlight of key trends

- Collaborate and provide data driven decision making support to business heads of all business units

- Track industry trends on important KPIs to update business and enhance analytical practice, insights and forecasting

Skills & Experience:

- Successful track record in analytics roles

- Excellent skills in MS-Excel including conditional formulae, pivot tables and statistical tools

- Should possess passion for numbers and confidence in interacting with senior management

Educational requirements: PGDM/MBA with 5 to 8 years of experience
