Job Description:

- Accounting and reporting : Oversight of day to day accounting, design and generation of periodic MIS reports, monthly reporting to global office or to Promoters/ CEO

- Commercial : Involvement in vendor negotiations, product profitability, dealing with product pricing, establish contracts with customers

- Business Process Improvement : Cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures, Product and customer rationalization, ERP implementation, drafting Standard Operating Procedures/ Process flows

- Operational Support : Managing routine compliances, recruitment of a professional finance team, inputting on performance management for employees, IFRS assistance and GST preparation

- Business Plans/Fund Raising : Development of business plans, budgets and forecasts, scenario planning, Benchmarking of key parameters with peer companies, raising bank funds/restructuring existing loans, due diligence, private equity funding, MIS systems/analysis

- Deal Assistance : Preparation to face the due diligence by Big4/ large law firm, liaise with potential targets, collaborators, buyers, negotiations with vendors and suppliers, building valuation models

Desired Skills & Expertise:

- The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant/ MBA with atleast 3 years of post qualification experience. Candidates with pure Consulting or only Big 4 experience will not be preferred.

- Candidates from Hyderabad, Chennai or those willing to relocate to Hyderabad preferred

- Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people; a team builder with an ability to connect staff both on an individual level and in large groups; capacity to enforce accountability, cultivate intrapreneurship and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the team so as to put people in a position to succeed

- Enjoys working hard, is passionate and looks for challenges; able to act and react as necessary, even if limited information is available; not afraid to take charge of a situation;

- Good grasp over full range of business functions and systems, including planning, budgeting, business analysis, finance and information systems
