Job Description:

- My Own Eco Energy Pvt is a visionary company that is re-writing the future of the fuel industry with a revolutionary product - Indizel. MEE aims to make Indizel accessible and affordable to one and all through its unique business model. We seek like-minded souls who will not only envision the future but also have the passion and energy to make it a reality.

- MEE is looking for a candidate who can provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions.

- Articulate the vision & values of the organization with the top management and Formulate & implement the strategies for the finance function of the organization.

- Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the finance strategy, Planning policies and procedures in line with the companys objectives.

- To work closely with senior colleagues in order to determine and arrange the financial structuring of investments.

- Responsible for raising funds, its deployment and financial restructuring. It include financing & managing (or even defending) mergers, acquisitions, & reconstructions; raising money on the capital markets, such as issuing bonds (debt), shares (equity) or lending money; managing IPO and other floatations

- Oversee all Taxation & Treasury related matters of the organization.

- Advising on and leading management buyouts, providing strategic advice and identifying and securing new deals

- To timely, regularly and duly prepare and present to the Board of Directors financial statements and reports as required by all pertinent laws and regulations in the territories of the operations of the firm and as deemed necessary and demanded from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Firm.

- To comply with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by the capital markets or regulatory bodies of capital markets in which the securities of the firm are traded or are about to be traded or otherwise listed

- To prepare and present for the approval of the Board of Directors an annual budget, other budgets, financial plans, business plans, feasibility studies, investment memoranda and all other financial and business documents as may be required from time to time by the Board of Directors of the firm.

- To alert the Board of Directors and to warn it regarding any irregularity, lack of compliance, lack of adherence, lacunas and problems whether actual or potential concerning the financial systems, the financial operations, the financing plans, the accounting, the audits, the budgets and any other matter of a financial nature or which could or does have a financial implication.

- To collaborate and coordinate the activities of outside suppliers of financial services hired or contracted by the firm, including accountants, auditors, financial consultants, underwriters and brokers, the banking system and other financial venues.

- To maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks, financial institutions and capital markets with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the operations of the firm, the attainment of its development plans and its investments

- To initiate and engage in all manner of activities, whether financial or other, conducive to the financial health, the growth prospects and the fulfilment of investment plans of the firm to the best of his ability and with the appropriate dedication of the time and efforts required.

- To motivate and boost the morale of the finance team for increasing the inter-departmental efficiency, reducing redundancies and streamlining internal operations.

- Responsible for incorporating the Companies internationally.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 15 years of Experience in Finance with atleast 5 years as Head Finance in large corporate.

- An MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA/CFA (preference would be given to the candidates from premium MBA institutes)

Industry Preference : FMCG / beverage/ Automobile

- Capable of making and following decision which involve interpretation of the laws.

- Follows policies and applies good judgment to high risk situations

- Understands the change impact of policies and procedures to people, department, the System and external entities.

- Understands the role of accounting in the organization and its impact on the overall financial operation, including its application to reporting, analysis, and decision making

- Demonstrates an understanding of internal control framework and practices

- Applies relevant accounting and taxation rules, policies, procedures, and pronouncements to reporting, analysis, and decision making

Innovation :

- Drives discussion and idea generation to encourage innovative ideas in others

- Can facilitate effective brainstorming
