Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of established objectives, market characteristics cost and markup factors.   2. To develop and manage marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.  3. To develop strategic plans for marketing function in line with company objective- that shall facilitate growing the revenue of all product portfolios.  4. Monitor & report on effectiveness of marketing communications, responsible for research and developing strategies that identify various marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development, etc.  5. Consult with- VP - Marketing on product specifications such as design, colour & packaging.   6. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.  To evaluate CRM marketing activity to ensure budgets are managed and used effectively and campaign results are constantly improved.  7. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities to market products & services.  8. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budget, expenditures, research and development, Return on Investments, Profit - Loss projections.   Desired Candidate Profile  Education Qualification : MBA - Marketing   Experience :- 8 to- 12 Years   1. Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.   2. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.  3. Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.  4. Analytical skill to forecast and identify trends and challenges.   5. Budget Management skill and proficiency.   6. Strong understanding of the geography & its segmentation.  Work Days - 6 Days ( Monday - Saturday )  Time - 9.45am - 6.45pm   My Own Eco Energy Pvt Ltd is a ground-breaking innovation in manufacturing and distribution of a revolutionary fuel in India and is committed to a cause of sustainable energy.   Since its foundation in 2011, My Eco Energy aims to make the futuristic fuel accessible and affordable to one and all.   Indizel - a superior quality transportation fuel not only complies with the current standards of EURO III/IV, but also complies with the proposed EURO V/VI emission standards. It also meets EN590 and BIS 1460 (BS IV) standards.  Indizel outperforms other fuels by providing better mileage, more power and low emissions which is good for both the engine and the environment.  MEE Plans to host a network of fuel stations pan India starting with the 5 States of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana and Uttar Pradesh.  We aim to provide a better fueling experience to our end consumers through our retail and bulk services  Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
