My Eco Energy is an end to end transportation fuel business and for the first time in India Indizel an advanced quality fuel which meets the international fuel specification of a EURO 6 EN 590 fuel is being launched. All set to create a disruption in the transportation industry; it will always be priced lower than the prevailing market price of diesel. Our fuel stations will be unique and have an innovative format because they are modular. MEE is embarking this journey with an ambitious plan which is being implemented of setting up in excess of 4000 fuel stations.   At MEE every state will function as an as an independent business entity. MEE Maharashtra will be focused towards an extensive expansion of opening 2,000 outlets and more. The emphasis will be on strategic planning which would help the organization achieve its goal.   At MEE- Maharashtra we are looking for a person which has an extensive experience in the Finance domain . The ideal fit for the opportunity would be someone who has head the finance team, dealt with a huge turnover and has been responsible for leading a State or multiple zones .   Preference would be given to a CA/ MBA- Finance and to candidates who can join us on immediate basis or a maximum of 15 days- time frame.   Mentioned below is the job description:  Articulate the vision & values of the organization with the top management and Formulate & implement the strategies for the finance function of the organization.   Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the finance strategy, Planning policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives.   To work closely with senior colleagues in order to determine and arrange the financial structuring of investments.   Responsible for raising funds, its deployment and financial restructuring. It include financing & managing (or even defending) mergers, acquisitions, & reconstructions; raising money on the capital markets, such as issuing bonds (debt), shares (equity) or lending money; managing IPO and other flotation's   Look into taxation related matters.   To prepare and present to Board of Directors an annual budget, financial plans, business plans, feasibility studies, investment memorandum and all other financial and business documents as may be required from time to time by the Board of Directors of the organization.   To maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks, financial institutions and capital markets with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the operations of the firm, the attainment of its development plans and its investments   To motivate and boost the morale of the finance team for increasing the inter-departmental efficiency, reducing redundancies and streamlining internal operations.   Accounts :  To ensure that the accounting policies are in place and all financial transactions are accounted and shown in books of accounts as per legal/statutory requirements.   To analyze the financial books of accounts and suggest necessary improvements to the functional heads for reducing departmental costs and ensure that shareholder expectations are met.   Tax & Audit :  Responsible for ensuring Compliance (Returns, Asset, Appeals) & Controller-ship (tax accounting, tax reporting)   Independently handling/heading the direct taxation including Corporate and expatriate taxation, Regulatory affairs and International taxation.   Maximizing the tax benefits to the company with innovative tax planning methods.   Suggesting tax planning measures, assisting management during strategic decision making process like acquisitions, mergers/reorganization.   Advising across group companies on issues relating to Withholding tax (WHT)/tax deduction at source (TDS), tax on foreign remittances, informing latest changes in tax.   To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the firm, its flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other budgetary items
