Looking preferably for someone who has worked in startup company and grown with the company..  Sales & Marketing:  - To lead the sales and marketing strategy formulation and implementation for creating innovating and best marketing practices, increasing the market shares & reach and enhancing share holder value.  - To Establish and implement short-range and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.  - To develop and oversee the strategic plan to build brand and product portfolio profitability.  - Responsible for Research and developing strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.   - To oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.  - To Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.  - Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in conference with the Company's business plan in close coordination with regional sales managers.  - Responsible for establishing both market and target customer strategies for the Company in close coordination with key sales personnel.  - Expanding the scope for new sales territories, sales methods and feasibility study, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach  - To conceptualize retail strategy and execute it across channels for all product categories.  - To supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.  - To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.   - To plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.   - To participate in the development of new project proposals.   - To represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.   - To Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.   - To serve on planning and policy-making committees of the business group.  - To maintain good industry contacts and increase the visibility and acceptance in the Market.  - To Assist with and support firms involvement in various legal networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.  Key Account Management:  - Responsible for positioning the company appropriately as partners to Strategic Accounts.  - To directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.  People Management:  - To create an atmosphere that promotes moral, ethical and legal business conduct and ensure marketing and sales team is meeting customer needs and contractual obligations.  - To Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.  - To provide direction, motivation and training to the sales and marketing team, thus ensuring optimum performance.  - To Develop leaders through performance reviews and routine discussions regarding competencies, value alignment and results achieved  Commercial :  - To develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.  - To Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc  Vendor Management:  - To Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.  Desired Candidate Profile:   Education:   UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization  PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization  Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required  - 15-18 years of Experience in Sales & Marketing with exposure to retail/institutional sales.  - Preferably an MBA with experience in bi diesel/Edible Oil/Renewable Energy industry   Strategic Thinking:   - Initiates and Formulates all strategies and processes that are achievable, cost-effective, and address organizational goals   -
