Role we- re hiring for : Consultant

At MXV, a Consultant is an integral part of the project team. The work involves creation of frameworks, intense research and fact finding, data analysis, and working with client teams to drive change. There is client interaction from the very beginning and the opportunity to work with top management teams.

- Consultants get to learn about different industries and domains with every assignment. In addition, there are several internal initiatives to get involved in.

- All Consultants are an integral part of our knowledge creation programme. Regular training programs are conducted by industry and functional experts to enable the development of Consultants.

We hire candidates from IIMs and other top MBA colleges (XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, ISB). Candidates with post MBA work experience less than 2 years only should apply.

Interested :

As an organisation, we take recruitment very seriously and devote considerable time and effort to ensure the right fit for the candidate and the company. Typically, this will include 3 to 5 rounds of case-based discussions. For candidates based outside of Bangalore, this may be arranged as a telephonic interview.
