The work involves creation of frameworks, intense research and fact finding, data analysis, and working with client teams to drive change. There is client interaction from the very beginning and the opportunity to work with top management teams.   - Consultants get to learn about different industries and domains with every assignment. In addition, there are several internal initiatives to get involved in.   - All Consultants are an integral part of our knowledge creation programme. Regular training programs are conducted by industry and functional experts to enable the development of Consultants.   Typical assignments would include -   - Revamp HR operating model  - Design / improve maturity levels of various HR processes like PMP, Recruitment etc.  - Create of HR scorecard  - Develop training strategy   - Develop leadership development and succession planning plans  - Develop R&R strategy, incentive plans etc.   Do you fit the bill :   - You have done MBA with specialization in HR (We hire candidates from IIMs and other top MBA colleges like XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, ISB, NMIMS, MDI)  - You have at-least 3 years of HR strategy consulting or OD experience  - Unstructured problems and environments have always excited you   - You thrive on discussions and debates, and love to speak your mind   - You are passionate about delivering results   - You are a high performer!
