We are looking for HR Managers to work on our client engagements.

Role: Branch HR Manager

Job details:

- Implement the company's recruitment strategy through manpower planning and by following standard recruitment processes

- Screen candidate profiles through job portals and employee referrals

- Coordinate with job consultants and other vendors to source candidates

- Build advanced sourcing channels

- Inform applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions and career growth opportunities

- Carry out / assist with joining and on-boarding activities - complete background investigations and induction programmes

- Plan / monitor employee appraisal exercise and get the necessary sign-offs from relevant stakeholders

- Build company brand as " Employer of choice"

- Identify training requirements, conduct training sessions, evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs

- Address employee grievances and provide counseling to employees on a need basis

- Plan and conduct employee engagement activities at the branch level

- Maintain and update HR MIS on a daily basis

- Coordinate with personnel department as required

- Ensure process adherence throughout the branch

- Conduct regular meetings with supervisors and branch heads to evaluate manpower/training requirements and to assess/discuss overall employee performance, with a special focus on employees who need course correction

Eligibility criteria:

- MBA/Post Graduate with specialization in HR

- 3 years of relevant work experience

- Comfort with taking on recruitment targets and delivering against them

- Demonstrated training capabilities and experience

- Experience in process management and ensuring adherence by fellow employees

- Working knowledge of recruitment / job portals

- Working knowledge of MS Excel

- Experience in conducting employee engagement activities and counselling employees

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- No gap in employment

Salary Offered : 7 - 9 LPA
