There is constant client interaction and the opportunity to work with top management teams. In addition, there are several internal initiatives to get involved in and regular training programs conducted to enable the development.   Duties and responsibilities :   - Analyst will be involved throughout the life cycle of the HR projects from problem structuring / need identification to implementing solutions at client site.   As a part of project teams, an analyst will take part in some or all of the following activities :   - Assist clients to strategically identify the gaps  - Conduct client and third party interviews to validate hypothesis  - Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs for clients  - Conduct research, gather and synthesize relevant information to develop key insights   - Manage client teams and drive strategic initiatives  - Build and deliver presentations to clients   Do you fit the bill :   - Unstructured problems and environments have always excited you   - You are passionate about delivering results   - We hire candidates who are undergraduate in any stream.
