Mwyn Tech - Operations Manager

- To ensure that the customer gets the credit in a timely manner, we need to ensure that the KYC and other application formalities are completed at the earliest. Once the customer submits the application via the app, the role of the Operations Manager starts - and continues till the money is disbursed to the customer.

- The individual will be responsible for working with our partners including banks, technology partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth operational flow from getting the customer application to KYC to disbursal.

- The company is envisioning an operations process that will be paperless with the entire process being executed via phones, tablets and apps.

- The operations process can be a combination of executing it with on-roll employees and through 3rd party agencies.

- Currently this is for Bangalore city only. Can be expanded later to other cities.

Responsibilities :

- Manage the day to day operations starting from scheduling customer visits to finally ensuring that all the necessary details reach our banking partners for quick disbursal.

- Working within SOP and achieve TAT & Quality as per SLA.

- Preparation of daily, weekly, Monthly MIS.

- Recruit and manage a team of feet-on-street executives.

- Appointment of channel partners for managing the various parts of the operations process.

- Training and developing the manpower.

- Build, develop and maintain partnerships which are key to improving the operational success of the business.

- Design a process for giving tablets/phones/devices to the FOS

- Extreme proficiency in MS Excel/ PowerPoint and Word

Skills :

- Have 5+ years of experience in working with Banks / NBFCs / Other FIs in operations

- Have a proven track record of managing lending operations end-to-end

- Have an advanced knowledge of credit and credit operations

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Have an acute attention to detail

- Be energetic, highly motivated person

- Feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, with its fast pace and fluid nature, comfortable delivering results with a small, lean team

- Collections experience is a bonus
