Job Purpose  The focus is on Market Entry and Market Expansion of foreign companies entering or doing business in India. The position is responsible for all aspects of business, i.e. from business forecasting, business generation to business execution.  Pertaining to business execution, the department understands itself as a project management department; i.e. getting assignments from international customers, dividing these assignments into suitable working elements, project management and making sure that the work quality fits into M+V's vision to supply international quality to its customers. Doing research and other related assignments.  The department rather acts as a pure project management department which puts its focus on quality and consulting.  Furthermore the head of department is responsible for getting assignments. Entry and Expansion mainly refer to the incorporation of new businesses in India, the purchase of existing businesses in India or the establishment of Joint Ventures.  Below are the working areas for which the head of Entry / Expansion Consulting is responsible:  Market Entry and Expansion Strategy  Market Research  Market Entry & Expansion Strategies (considering all alternative investment options)  Business Plan   Investment  Implementation of investment decision, i.e. coordinating all necessary steps which need to be undertaken to structure and execute the investment (for example DD for JV's and M&A or incorporation for WOS, etc, etc- )  Manufacturing Units  Project Management for setting up of factories  - Finding & buying land  - Finding and signing up with contractors, engineers, architects, etc  - Coordination of work between these parties  - Project coordination as such
