- Business Development Executives/Business Development Manager/Area Sales Manager/Zonal Manager/Regional Business Manager/Regional Head.

We are looking out for candidates who is experienced in Sales, Corporate sales, Retail sales.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for entire gamut of lead management, sales and Business development for the Region

- Responsible for managing and tracking targets

- Client Acquisition campaigns and Lead Generation to build real estate as a flagship brand for Property Services in the respective region

- Responsible Service Delivery ensuring client retention and reference.

- Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives

- Should have good knowledge of MS office (word and excel) and working knowledge of Internet

- Should have capability of managing a team & guide them with their work

- Great Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets

- Excellent networker - builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
