Multiple Role - AM to VP - HR Strategy Consulting - Conglomerate - IIM/TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD (2-22 yrs)
We are currently working for one of the leading companies which happens to be an Indian conglomerate holding company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The company owns businesses across India engaged in energy, petrochemicals, textiles, natural resources, retail and telecommunications.
The client is currently open for positions across levels starting from Assistant Manager- HR to Vice President- HR to be based in Mumbai.
We are currently looking for someone coming from a consulting background/ Big 4 firms particularly who should have expertise into HR Strategy Consulting role.
The positions are open for three phases which includes :
Architectural Phase : Wherein, the person would be responsible for the diagnosis of the areas which requires HR transformation.
Project Implementation Phase : In this phase, the person will be involved in HR strategy for the complete project right from designing, analyzing the timelines, layout, delivery till the execution of the project
Change Management Phase : The person in this phase would be involved into looking after the complete organization re-structuring, HR transformations and change management.
