Role : Vice President - Market Operations, Clearing & Settlement  Location : Mumbai  Salary : 25-50 Lacs / annum   Qualification : CA / CS / CMA / MBA / Inter CA / Inter CS  Work Experience :   - The candidate should possess at least 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.  - Experience in Equity or Commodity Market will be added advantage.  Job Responsibilities :  - Monitor the daily processing of trades and pay-in and pay-out of funds  - Monitor the pay-in and pay-out of funds commodities at the expiry of the contracts  - Calculation and collection of transaction charges and collection and payment of CTT, SEBI turnover fees.  - Calculation and levy of penalties for various non-compliances relating to funds and commodities settlement  - Stress testing and monitoring of the settlement guarantee fund.  - Oversee correspondence with statutory agencies like income tax, police, etc.  - Representing Exchange for assisting the various investigating agencies  - To review the Standard Operating Procedures for various activities  - Generate system improvement requirements to comply with regulatory and market requirements   - Coordinate with vendors to implement the client level delivery handling procedures
