Major Responsibilities:  Building RWE capabilities within the organization   - Work closely with the team to create standardized processes and utilities for RWE generation that enable clients to scale. Seek opportunities to leverage the capabilities and framework within the organization for designing solutions   - Proactively enhancing knowledge of technical, methodological advances and industry trends to ensure best approaches are used in RWE studies   - Contribute to client visits and any sales / marketing activities - such as presenting during visits, creating collaterals, white papers etc.  Drive customer engagement by   - Supporting clients in designing research objectives for scientific studies and business development activities   - Providing thought leadership in generating insights and recommendations for study reports, presentations, publications, and other key clients deliverables.   Develop self and team by   - Develop a structured training program to mentor analysts on Real World Evidence methodologies with particular focus on bio statistical techniques   - Proactively enhancing knowledge of technical, methodological advances and industry trends to ensure best approaches are used in RWE studies  - Seek opportunities to constantly learn from other teams in Mu Sigma and develop an interdisciplinary mindset   Qualifications:  - Graduate degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in biostatistics or another related field  - 3 to 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting with experience in the following areas:  - Health economic modeling and biostatistics  - Retrospective studies and protocol development  - Experience working across major therapeutic areas like oncology, immunology, cardiovascular and rare diseases   - Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with project team members and clients  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and provide mindshare to multiple projects   - Sound understanding of the US Healthcare system and real world data sources like claims, EHR, EMR, registry and hospital data is preferred  - SAS/ SQL/ R statistical programming experience is desired
