MTS - Key Account Manager - Enterprise (2-6 yrs)

Key Account Management - vertical markets comprising FMCG, IT/ITES and manufacturing.
- Responsible for sales of voice, data, Mobile apps, MaaS & SaaS solutions.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders in the allocated accounts thereby creating a roadmap for the account to see year on year revenue growth.
- Techno-commercial services to customers to understand their current technical environment, understand key business issues/drivers.
- Product & solution offerings - explaining technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to customers
- Working in tandem with cross functional teams for Product/Solution Development, Revenue Collection, Project Management and Service Management to provide focused support to the designated accounts.
- Market intelligence/information on competition activity and designing counter measures to ensure company's Revenue Market Share in customer budget is protected.
- Funnel management and accurate sales forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis
