Job Responsibilities of International Business Manager

- The position will be responsible for MTR's International Business operations for Europe and Americas.

- Deliver P&L (top and bottom line) as per Annual plan.

- Manage large Distribution Partner relationships at the top management levels

- Prepare & Execute the marketing plan for the responsible territory. Own the Marketing calendar for the year; Lead Marketing activities, market research, media, product development, advertising and consumer promotions.

- Plan and execute New Product Launches as per Annual Plan.

- Pursue Mainstream opportunities and growth avenues

- Liaison with research / advertising / media / PR / digital agencies.

- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR & IT in line with MTR guidelines.

- Liaison with government agencies /high commissions/ consultants/regulators to keep smooth relationships and expedite business requirements.

- Develop alternate channels, new export markets & develop new businesses.

- Formulate and Execute Advertising and Promotion schemes in collaboration with the Marketing Function.

- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams for development of export specific products, production and deliveries.

- Build positive and impacting relationship with all channel partners within the framework of company policies.

- Implement and administer policies, plans, systems and targets in respect of local key accounts.

- Collaborate with HR to source, select and develop a talent pool including export markets. Coach and counsel for development, retention and succession.

- Effective Sales strategy execution.

- Effective implementation of marketing schemes and promotions.

- Increase effectiveness of ATL & BTL activation's by ensuring 100% strategy execution.

- Managing channel partners.

- Manage new product launches and help build brands.

- Establishing world class systems and process.
