The company is into major expansion plan and looking for young and talented people.  Job Description :   - Independently handle various Mergers of Unlisted Public / Private Companies.  - Preparation, composition and printing of Annual Report of Listed Companies.  - Drafting of LLP Agreement between the partners and the LLP.  - Issue of Equity / Preference Shares on Private Placement basis, Bonus Issue and Rights Issue in unlisted public companies and private limited companies.  - Issue, Modification & Redemption of Secured Debentures.  - Deal with legal matters pertaining to property, labour laws and investors.  - Analysis of the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014 read with the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Amendment Rules, 2014.  - Preparing Notices, Agenda and Minutes of the Board, Committee and General Meetings.   - Preparation and filing of various e-forms, returns with Registrar of Companies and Ministry of Corporate Affairs as required under the Companies Act.  - Maintaining and updation of Statutory Registers and Records.  - Preparation of MIS and follow-ups in respect of Investments in shares, securities & other instruments and preparation of Loan Compliance Charts, Ratios and its follow ups with the internal team;  - Acquainted with all corporate secretarial requirement  Applicants with Public limited exposure can apply.
