Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst

Role will include :

- Document, define and review detailed business and functional requirements of different functional teams like supply chain management team, Customer Engagement Team, etc.

- Facilitate / Arbitrate in cases where the requirements gathering becomes complex or controversial

- Work closely with developers and architects to build custom J2EE and Android/iOS applications

- Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment)

- May or may not Travel to work at client sites

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role :

- Understand and create functional requirements based on the business requirements and product strategy.

- Experience in designing and facilitating user focus sessions, designing the wireframes, creating use cases, etc.

- Experience in supply chain management process improvement efforts

- Experience as Business Analyst with e-commerce/retails/FMCG will be great asset.

- Knowledge of a testing methodology and/or experience in testing (System, Unit, Integration, Interface)

- Understanding of data modeling, object modeling and OO design principles and create UML diagrams.

- Strong understanding of capabilities and limitations of programming languages, middleware solutions, application servers and presentation layer tools is a plus, but not required

- Experience of working in an Agile environment

- Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrates initiative and competence; supports and encourages positive working behaviours in others

Qualifying Criteria :

Education : MBA Any specialization with relevant experience only from a premier institute

Experience (No. of years) : 2 - 5 year experience in a start-up would be a plus.
