Position Overview:

- Under general supervision of the Manager, performs a wide variety of professional human resource work for the office at a local level in all aspects of HR processes.

- Participates actively and supports in short/long term special projects for the HR function as and when required.

- Assists to conceptualize and deploy HR processes and initiatives across all departments in the office. Has hands on approach and exercises initiative and diligence in the delivery of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

Postgraduates in HR with 11 - 13 years relevant experience

- Manage the local HR Business partner support to the associated business units.

- Anchor issues on employee grievances for the associated business units and help forward/ resolve them with support from specialist teams and Manager as deemed necessary.

- Collaborate and assists in developing HR strategies/initiatives for the office that involve integrating best practice concepts.

- Supports the HR operations Team to ensure seamless delivery of HR Processes to the internal customer.

- Manage all the HR processes for the office by adhering to defined guidelines and meeting various statutory and internal deadlines.

- Assist in developing, implementing and conducting employee engagement initiatives by integrating best HR practices.

- Collaborating with the COEs viz. Global Compensation & Benefits/Recruitment/Talent Management/HR Technology & Employee Services teams to implement various initiatives/processes globally and locally.

- Lead various Internal Compliance audits and the related efforts in consultation with Manager and other key stakeholders

- Assist the Manager for any data audit, headcount reporting, other adhoc HR Analytics requirements.

- Establish a professional working relationship with all local key stakeholders like Corporate Services, Accounting and IT Infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of service on all HR matters.

- Lead the effort to coordinate and follow-up with the labor consultant for all local labor law compliance requirements - various types of monthly and annual returns for submission to the labour office and all related documentation.

- Actively assisting in covering any absence within the team

- Strong computer skills

- Managing multiple priorities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to operate with minimum supervision

- Desire and ability to effectively work with diverse cultures in a global team

- Knowledge of local language (Marathi) desirable

Desired Qualification:

- Full time MBA in HR from Premium institutes

- 11 - 13 years relevant experience

- Desire and ability to effectively work with diverse cultures in a global team

- Strong computer skills

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
