We are looking to hire a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager who can manage a cross functional team of Executives.  Key responsibilities include:   - Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the team   - Manage Client escalations, issues and deliverables as per defined SLAs   - Manage and drive staffing, scheduling, quality, process change, system usage in the team   - Direct supervisory responsibility of a team of around 30 members   Skills/Experience Required:   - Demonstrated ability to build, develop, direct, and manage a group of people;   - Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments;   - Proven ability to manage reporting and analysis;   - Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive Customer experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations;   - Strong interpersonal and communication skills;   - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service team management and supervision, ideally in a similar environment
