Chief Executive Officer - Mplifire.com   Mplifire.com is India's fastest growing online seller service company. Mplifire.com is an authorized service provider to Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, etc. and helps SMEs to manage their channel expansion from offline to online, including registration, imaging, cataloguing, inventory management, post-sales support, etc.   Mplifire is looking for Chief Executive Officer who will share Board's vision in making Mplifire India's largest online seller service providing company. The CEO will be responsible for the execution of the company's service offering, strategy and achieving the financial and operational metrics approved by the Chairman and Board of Directors. He/she will have full functional accountability of the company and will be responsible for driving the company's growth forward from domestic expansion up toward eminent multinational presence.  Primary Responsibilities:   - Management of all functions of the company's service offering and management of the core products and services of the company  - Development of the marketing, sales and operational strategies for the company  - Leading the fund raising campaign at all stages for the company   - Maintaining and managing all the sales, operations, marketing, and finances of the company   - Expanding the company by intelligent and efficient hiring of new and talented employees   - Driving sales strategy by anticipating market needs, fostering technical sales and services, catering to SMEs, and ensuring best quality services to online sellers  - Ensuring best seller experience while keeping employees motivated   - Ensuring appropriate goals and measurable metrics are in place, monitoring performance, and taking action wherever appropriate to ensure the business is meeting the goals   - Mentoring and developing the senior management team to successfully execute the company strategy.   - Raising the expectations for timely improvements from the entire management team and transitioning the culture to one that focuses on long -term continuous improvement and profitable growth.   - Working closely with the Stakeholders to evaluate strategic options leading to suitable returns for shareholders.   Requirements:   - 10+ years of work experience in a dynamic environment (large managerial or operational experience is a plus)   - Demonstrated success in leading and growing organizations.  - Bachelor Degree in Engineering from premier Institute. MBA from Top School preferred.  - Experience in e -commerce, services and retail experience in sales and marketing  - Someone who is a star in their approach to developing new processes and managing existing processes for smooth execution of projects.  - Demonstrable communication, relationship, and team skills  - Significant degree of self-motivation, direction and integrity  - Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.  - Passion to work in a start-up environment with a motive to deliver best customer experience  - Hands on approach in dealing with critical tasks and willing to roll-up his sleeves to solve any issues at grass root level.  - Analytical and logical approach in handling issues and conflicts  - Strong people management skills  - Ability to take risk and work in high pressure environment  Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
