Role Description: Account Head responsible for oversight on the service delivery operations for one of the Account across UK, Europe and NA regions. The role involves managing multiple teams and processes across two delivery centres, Bangalore & Pune.  Key Responsibilities:  - Responsible for operational delivery of SLAs and metrics for each of the offshore processes in scope  - Overall responsibility of P&L that includes budgeting, forecasting and ensure achievement of targets for Revenues, COR and Gross Margins.  - Responsible for Client management and engagement with key stakeholders across all regions, building and maintaining relationships, handle escalations and resolve any operational issues and concerns.  - Ensure contractual requirements are met and fulfilled, track and monitor contractual changes, liaise with client stakeholders for changes or modifications to the existing contract.   - Work closely with the Process Delivery Heads and Onshore teams to identify new work opportunities, help build new propositions and solutions to be pursued with the Client.  - Coordinate with the Client and the transition team and ensure effective and smooth transition of new processes.  - Responsible for ensuring value added delivery with focus on Lean, Continuous improvement, work with the BI teams and clients for effective governance and execution of projects.  - Ensure delivery of Operations Optimization and cost saving targets/ initiatives for the Account.  - Ensure statutory and compliance requirements both internal and Client, are adhered to, facilitate internal and external audit requirements.  - Responsible for career development and mentoring of team, succession planning, coaching and guidance. Ensure Employment engagement activities are adhered to by the teams.
