Domain skill:

1. 8-9 years of experience in working telecom projects with hands-on working experience in the designing/implementing of solutions in the area of Order Management, Inventory, Billing, CRM etc. with mandatory experience in Order management ( for Products like Ericson Order Care, Oracle OSM, Netcracker COM,SOM, Comptel Order Management etc.)

2. Should be aware of the telecommunication standards like eTOM / TAM /SID and able to apply the technical knowledge appropriately.

3. Should be having hands on implementation/working experience of not older than 3 months for any of the COTS products in the above area.

4. Good to have a Knowledge of tuning application performance

5. Should have an exposure to any of the e2e stack in the area of Fulfillment/Assurance/Billing

Technology skills

1. Should be having good experience of programming languages like Java/J2EE with understanding of the advanced integration techniques using JMS/ XSLT.

2. Should have knowledge of at least one application server

3. Should be having good knowledge in any one of the relational Databases (preferably Oracle) & the associated programming languages (PL/SQL).

Softskill:

1. Should be having proven communication skill to communicate within the team members & with client. ( overseas experience would count)

2. Should be willing to quickly learn/adapt & suggest solution based on new technologies not trained previously.

3. Should be able to functionally & technically guide the team on telecommunication technologies & standards

4. Should be open for short travels
