m.Paani is seeking a highly innovative, data-driven, customer-focused engagement manager to lead its member engagement and retention efforts. The person in this role will lead the charge to ensure that every m.Paani member is properly nurtured throughout their member lifecycle, with particular focus on member onboarding, best customer/loyalty programs, and transaction development strategies. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, motivating member and has a passion for leveraging data insights into creative campaigns, communications, and programs that will add substantial value to the m.Paani membership experience.-

Key responsibilities:

- Focusing on m.Paani business objectives in m.Paani program & programs powered by m.Paani, develop and implement onboarding, loyalty, and consumer transaction strategies based on insights from analytics and modeling

- Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to member engagement, retention, and churn

- Deliver omni-channel, retention-driving initiatives and campaigns across email, push notifications, M.Paani.com, mobile apps, social platforms, and other channels and devices, as relevant

- Partner with Product Marketing team to innovate meaningful member benefits, programs or feature improvements that differentiate M.Paani and delight customers

- Partner with Customer Care team to operationalize segment-specific strategies and develop cross-channel programs and initiatives that increase member satisfaction

- Champion cross-functional member initiatives and campaigns to other business partners, Data Sciences, Analytics, Product, Creative, Customer Care and Design to launch member initiatives and campaigns

- Others as defined by evolving business needs for a rapidly growing loyalty business

Vendor Management

- Ensuring the services delivered by the vendor are conform to what has been contractually agreed between company and vendor and monitoring the delivery of said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget;

- Managing vendor resource planning and addressing resources performance issues;

- Acting as the escalation point when issues arise with vendor's resources / services and managing any dispute or conflict;

Basic Qualifications

- 8+ years of work experience in digital marketing, including 5+ years of experience leading strong marketing managers

- Strong experience in retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle

- Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies

- Strong execution skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

- Strong strategy and analytics skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, plus ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level

- Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class member experiences
