MoveInSync provides a technology platform for efficient transportation. The company has built a transport management platform which is used to move people and goods in an efficient manner.

One of the solution's built using this platform is Employee Transportation Solution (ETS). The solution is used by enterprises in IT, BPO and manufacturing sectors that provide pickup and drop services for their employees. The solution helps the enterprises bring efficiency, improve employee satisfaction and address employee safety during commute. This system has been operational since 2011 and is used by 30,000 employees across 10 clients, commuting in 3500 cabs daily across 8 cities in India.

MoveInSync has applied for patents in the area of transportation. It was the first company to be incubated at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad in 2009. MoveInSync was featured in the Qualcomm's QPrize as Top-8 startups in 2012 and Nasscom's Emerge 50 Category in 2013. The company has raised a Series A round from Inventus Capital, Qualcomm Ventures and Saama Capital.

Job Description:

- We are looking for a customer obsessed, data driven entrepreneur to join our growing team.

- In this role you will define the positioning for MoveInSync's solution and help drive the go-to-market plan to meet business objectives for a particular city/region and take ownership of the P&L of the location.

- You will be required to develop a strong understanding of the solution, market, customers,competition and be able to translate this knowledge into high-impact go-to-market strategy for the city/region.

- You will work closely with the sales head to develop a business acquisition strategy for the particluar city/region.

Job Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai and Pune

Responsibilities:

- Understand MoveInSync's products and services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences

- Develop a deep understanding of the current and future features of the product and leverage that to create new partnerships

- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for a city/region which will create halo effect for MoveInSync's solution. The key output will be new business partnerships which are contracted and launched

- Partner closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings; be responsible for voice of the strategic seller

- Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems

- Responsibility for P&L of a particular city/region

- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers

- Hire and mentor high achievers and create the next rung of leadership

Basic Skills:

- 4 years+ experience in B2B business development or complex sales engagements

- Excellent analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree and MBA

- Proactive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals

- Excellent x-group collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence outcomes

- Strong bias for action

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to Detail

- Knowledge of SaaS / Internet Technology would be a plus

Education:

- MBA from a leading business school i.e. IIM's, ISB, XLRI, FMS

- Engineering degree would be a plus
