MoveInSync - Regional Account Manager (2-4 yrs)

Job Description:

- As regional account manager for MoveInSync, you need to champion automation across the employee transportation ecosystem in your geography.

- You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of MoveInSync's Employee Transportation Solution and use it to develop and implement practical solutions to our client's transportation requirements delivering value in terms of employee satisfaction, transportation automation and optimization.

- You should be excited by ecosystem challenges, driving change management and be a natural at establishing trust with stakeholders. You will be the voice of the customer for new product development activities, the go to person for any and all of our client's transportation related challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement

- Requirements Gathering

- Product-Requirement fit and gap analysis

- Rollout new features

- Expectation and stakeholder management

- Work closely with the operations team, support team and the product management team to ensure customer delight

- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the transport ecosystem in a particular geography to evangelize automation and improve product adoption

- Business development through customer generated leads/referrals

Requirements:

- Empathy. Perseverance to go the extra mile to ensure customer delight

- Penchant for product development. Ability to easily liaise between the customer and the product management team to ensure development of the right features and effective deployment of the developed features.

- Strong requirement gathering capability, proficiency with gap analysis

- Ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders across the transport value chain.

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Desired Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier I institution

- At least 2+ years of experience in management/process consulting or Business Development/Account Management for B2B products is mandatory

- Structured problem solving skills to translate client needs/ problems into analytics solutions

- Excellent customer interfacing and relationship management skills

- Experience to drive business insights from data & reports to enhance sourcing, sales and services.

- Analytical bent of mind with strong communication and presentation skills

- Open to travel extensively within identified regions
