Job Summary:
Run an efficient sales management program for HNI customers being serviced by the wealth management business of Motilal Oswal Private Wealth Management. The role will involve managing the sales program for existing leads & clients of the business, ideation on new lead generation initiatives, building & running tracking systems, building new processes & working with the technology team to strengthen the CRM application, training the sales & CSE team on new & existing processes, day to day coordination for sales queries on lead management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization & sales program management for leads and existing customers with robust tracking mechanisms in the CRM application, trainings done etc - 50%
2. Coordination (internal stakeholders & RM’s) - 30%
3. Ideation & execution of new lead generation initiatives - 20%
Key Work Relationships:
1. Internal - Sales team, Marketing, ops & IT
2. External - None
Performance Indicators:
1. Consistency and efficiency of executing planned Lead & customer management initiatives
2. New Ideations for innovative ways to generate leads for the business
3. Building robust tracking mechanisms for lead conversion monitoring & relationship deepening with existing clients
4. Successfully handling internal & external coordination
Person Specifications:
1. Experience - Min. 4-6 years, preferably in Wealth Management industry in a similar role or someone be with a sales background
2. Other Skills - Excellent inter-personal skills, Creativity, process orientation, excellent communication skills, Sales aggression, a customer centric approach & a flair for technology
Educational specifications:
1. Minimum Qualification - Graduate.
2. Preferred Qualification - MBA

1. Basics of MS Office applications
