Job Responsibilities:
MOFSL group runs a Management Trainee (MT) Spark programme. The programme includes a rotation into the businesses of Motilal Oswal divided into stints.In each stint the MT will work on live projects with the Business Heads.
For the Initial first year, the associate would be designated as MT. Post successful completion of 1st year, the associate would be designated as Assistant Manager.
Candidate Requirement:
- Looking out for a fresher with CA qualified in first attempt in all the 3 levels.
- Strong academics.
- Good communication skills.
