Job Summary:
- Advanced business knowledge with Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, and / or Transfer Agency Systems & Financial Products.
- Understand and analyze in-house systems and product suite
- Identify and document clear and concise business requirements
- Ability to employ appropriate elicitation techniques during requirement gathering phases to drive business requirements into functional solutions that meet client and internal needs
- Strong presentation and communication skills; the ability to translate requirement details in non-technical, business-savvy terms
- Experience to handle multiple concurrent projects, deliverables
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build working relationships and rapport for collaboration and conflict-resolution purposes
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to deliver value by successfully combining solid Requirement Gathering Techniques with financial services knowledge and demonstrating a clear understanding of business concepts, business processes modeling, business process management for Private Wealth Management Function.
- You will also assist in the end-to-end process re-engineering / improvement activities that will achieve a measurable change to the organization.
- Understand and analyze in-house systems and product suite. Identify and document clear and concise business requirements
- Project Management, test case creation, conducting UAT & maintaining Bug List etc. Creation of user manual, conducting trainings etc.

Internal: Product Team, Operations team, CEO, Sales Head, IT
External: Clients
Person Specifications:
Experience:
- Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise ideal.
- 3-4 years of experience in Financial Services/ Wealth Management setup.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise and build rapport with senior management and internal/ external stakeholders on a wide variety of issues which may be highly sensitive or controversial in nature.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management.
Other Skills:
- Proficient in financial/strategic analysis; ability to conduct complex analysis under tight timelines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
- Highly motivated, willing to work in both team and independent situations depending on current workload
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient at multi-tasking.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management
- Strong oral communication skills to present/discuss/recommend research methodologies and approaches with all levels of management and staff
Educational specifications:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Preferably B.E. / B. Tech. in IT or Computer Science) / MBA (finance) and strong academics
Preferred Qualification:
