Job Summary: Experience in Legal documentation and should have complete understanding of end to end PE transaction from Legal & compliance perspective   Minimum Qualification - LLB/LLM  Preferred Qualification	 - CS, LLB  Incumbent must have Experience in Legal documentation (Should have some experience in handling real estate documentation not necessarily from a real estate background)  Should have good experience in Corporate level Documentation, Shareholders Agreement, Investment Agreements, all types of umbrella and supplementary agreement required to do the deal, etc   Draft standard legal documents like NDA, liaison with external parties to close the agreements, like placement agreements, management agreements, etc.  Identification of risk in the deals and their mitigations	  Should have interacted with Multiple Law firms and should possess good knowledge on Litigation matters	  Should have good experience in handling legal negotiations, arbitrations and other sensibilities.   Should have understanding about the RBI laws  Should be able to coordinate with ROC, Investee companies , SEBI , BMC and other regulatory bodies	  Ensure portfolio compliance both from the fund and companies perspective and ensure periodic compliance of the same   Develop internal processes on risk and compliance for the fund as well as portfolio companies and monitoring the same 	  Behavioral Competencies:  Team player  Excellent Communication skills  Assertive in dealings  Technical Competencies:  Good understanding of legal matters  Negotiations  Risk identifier and mitigate  Thorough knowledge on drafting of agreements and closures
