Responsibilities:

This role is to fill-in the position of Risk Manager for Mortgage business. The incumbent will assist the Portfolio Credit Risk Head & the mortgage risk management team in monitoring & enhancing existing credit policy framework by using various analytics tools and collaboration with various business stakeholders.

1. Assist Portfolio Risk Head in Monthly monitoring / analysis of Portfolio performance and review with Portfolio Risk Head

2. Evaluate & recommend on new Credit initiatives/products/test programs based on portfolio analysis & keeping in mind prevailing economic environment and business need.

3. Monitor adherence to global consumer policies / local credit policy manuals.

4. Involvement in Risk & Control Self Assessments (MCA), IA, FCR & Peer Review etc.

5. Be part of the team that will drive key strategic initiatives as required from credit policy standpoint.
