Position Title : National Sales Head - Digital (Financial Institutions)  Experience : 15 to 20 years  Location : Noida  Roles and Responsibilities:   - National Sales Head will be creating strategic sales plans in consultation with Digital Business Head  - Develop sales growth strategy - target market identification, mapping OT-Morpho offerings to market needs, creating targeted annual / quarterly / monthly sales plans  - Performance driven role with defined KRA- s, including but not limited to top-line / bottom-line targets; along with a team of sales professionals the National Sales Head will be responsible for meeting / exceeding the targets covering the entire Sales Life Cycle (Prospecting to Sales covering Order-to-Cash)  - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base  - Work closely with Key Account Management Team to maximize presence within existing / identified key accounts  - In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets  - Role will include addressing / supervising demand creation and demand fulfilment opportunities, and consequently will also involve RFP/Tendering & Bid management  - Client relationship Management at CxO & other appropriate level, Business Developments and technical presentations along with pre sales team which can offer an end-to-end platform for customer needs.   - Identify new growth areas and formulate plans for sales growth in such areas  - Actively contribute through market intelligence and feedback to contribute to evolution of company's offerings portfolio  - National Sales Head will be a vital catalyst in business expansion in the region  Desired Skills & Experience:  - Minimum of 5 years should have been as the Head- Sales with an annual achievement of over INR 75-100 Crore sales   - Should have an extensive relationship network within the financial sector in India  - Visionary to understand market research. Good knowledge on dynamics of Banking sector future requirement for Biometric solutions and position our product to create new market in both sectors.   - Extensive exposure in Conceptualizing solutions and create market based on the customer future requirement.   - Thought leadership skills, self-driven, leading from front.  - Large deal management exposure which includes end-to-end deals comprising hardware & software solutions, implementation and management of implemented solution  - Should have a good understanding of regulations, business processes and needs of the BFSI sector; prior experience of working with clients in BFSI sector is required; Should have handled large volume solution selling.   - Overall 15-20 years of experience in active Sales with at-least 5-8 years in target driven Sales Head role.  - Exposure of working within businesses with relatively new offerings requiring significant customer education to develop market needs  - Consultative Selling expertise with hands-on experience in market making / demand creation selling end-to-end enterprise solutions through a consultative selling approach   - Ability to sell technology solutions is must; prior experience in biometric technology is plus.  - Engineering graduate from a reputed institution must; Masters in business from a reputed institution is preferred
