- Refine process to ensure that 99% items are procured within 2 days of planned procurement date and 99% (unplanned) indents are closed within 30 days

- Maintain database of rates from each company and discounts available to enable benchmarking

- Identify and implement value based engineering levers to realize savings

- Develop and implement purchasing strategy for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and civil services

- Negotiate and structure service contracts and SLAs with vendors

- Create MIS – update rate contracts monthly and report savings generated

- Build and maintain database of vendors, product pricing, rate contracts

- Create cost comparison tools for specific items e.g. services

- Develop detailed procurement tracking tool of each spend area e.g. building commodities, services
