Job Responsibilities:
- Closely working with CEO/COO
- Refine organizational structure and reporting relationships to meet the needs of a growing organization
- Drive the performance management system linked variable compensation initiative
- Ensure targets are set for all employees who are at a designation of Manager and above
- Study the existing policies and suggest the improvement in existing policies
- Create new policies as per organizational need
- Putting processes and systems in place
- Develop process owners for each HR process
- Provide effective MIS and analytic support to the management team for each HR process
- Transform HR department culture to a performance culture driven one
