- Manage the Monsanto India social media handles.  - Plan and lead agencies in executing digital marketing campaigns for engaging key stakeholders online as well as improving MON reputation  - Manage content delivery and real-time engagement across all online and social media platforms  - Engage influencers in the online and social media space to help present the Monsanto perspective  - In conjunction with the global web team, create, adapt, improve and optimize MON India assets for SEO and organic and keyword search  - Optimize print, social media and blog campaigns to generate brand impressions interaction  - Own the Stakeholder research and insight generation process to develop an aligned understanding of all the key stakeholders.   - Drive efforts to enable Monsanto Executive voice online  - As a social media evangelist, coach employees to be engage effectively in the online space.   - Collaborate with the Content Team for developing content aimed at increasing engagement  - Continuously measure improvements through tracking of appropriate metrics  - This is a Consultant/ Contractual position and women are preferred.
