Responsible for driving key talent management processes such as People Leader Effectiveness, Learning and Development, Employee Development across the Asia-Africs (AA) Hub.  The role will also be responsible to partner with the Supply Chain HR Organization to drive the TM Agenda and processes for the supply chain function in the organization.  The role will be part of the Asia-Africa TM team and Global Talent and Organization Capability team.  People Leader Effectiveness(PLE): Lead the PLE strategy and execution for the hub by partnering the team. Roll out the PLE programs and communication across the Asia Africa region and assess the current PLE needs across the hub to create solutions.  Learning & Development: Program management and execution of current L&D programs. Partner with GTOC and AA TM lead to drive L&D approach and governance model for delivery of L&D solutions at a hub and country level.   Broad Based Employee Development Processes and Solutions: Drive critical development processes such as creation of IDPs and development needs identification for the hub.   Talent Management: Support to Critical Talent Segment- Supply Chain: Partnering with the SC HR Team to drive execution of core people process and partner with them to understand the current business and talent imperatives to develop TM solutions.  This is a CONSULTANT role and would prefer women joining back the workforce.   Female Candidates only apply.  The incumbent has to join within 15 days.
