In a business analyst role, the candidate will be closely working with relevant business stakeholders in a global environment helping them manage data assets better and drive insights that helps effective decision making.   - Understanding of business processes related to Supply Chain Planning and Execution  - Working knowledge of data analysis, visualization and analytical tools   - Experience in defining and documenting customer requirements for software development in business intelligence domain  - Experience in working closely with business stakeholders in a consultant role helping them understand the possibilities and limitations of implementing a business process through IT tools  - Awareness of business processes in Agriculture industry  - Innovative and inquisitive mind-set towards helping business stakeholders discover new insights that can have a positive impact to their business performance  - Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills required (Necessary English skill).  - Taking initiative, being self motivated and focused on results. Work well individually as well as in a team.  Understand data from business processes within Monsanto and support business stakeholders in Asia-Africa with insights (reports, KPI visualizations, analytics) towards solving business problems or driving key decisions.
