What does a growth marketing manager mean to us-   We are looking for a kick ass growth marketing person. An out-of-box thinker who loves to experiment and gets the customers rolling in. Has to be super comfortable with data. Should be a god at excel, and good understanding of statistics and other number crunching tools.   The candidate should currently be executing growth marketing campaigns himself/herself. This is a MUST. We would like someone to lead the charge in acquiring customers digitally - both via performance marketing or organically at near-zero cost. Use SEO (off-page and on-page), content, creative, jugaad, technology, agencies whatever - as weapons to meet the targets.   We are in a unique point of time in a unique industry right now. With a product that has no direct competition in a market that is humongous, run by serial entrepreneurs who are easy to work with, backed by the best investors (recently announced a $12.3 mil fund raise by Sequoia, NEA and Prime Ventures) in the world, the only people that can stop us are ourselves.   Given that we are the only real Product company in the world of Financial Services, we need to take our award winning post-product-market-fit product with terrific unit economics, to the next level. In other words, we need to scale. And optimizing the campaigns to ensure we scale at the right unit economics is critical. Many startups make that mistake and end up burning a ton a money without building a real and sustainable business.   Strategic Goals:  1. Acquire customers - digitally at the right CAC  2. Define the Volume-CAC equation for the qtr and year and plan milestones accordingly   3. Plan the media mix across all paid channels for 1 month, 6 months and what we will be 12 months down   4. Manage the budgets so as to be within our CAC goals (the budgets are significant)   5. Hunt new avenues for paid advertising that help reduce CAC and that make us over-reliant on one particular channel   6. Identify agencies who can help scale, at the right cost. Work with them closely to make them successful.   7. Pick out consumer insights that will help scale better and funnel them into marketing and product   8. Plan the roadmap to get to a 50% organic contribution   9. Define milestones, with timelines, to get there.   10. Plan resources, infra, actions to meet those milestones  11. Keep hunting for newer channels of growth and work to make them successful   12. Feature and rank our app on various app stores   Tactical Goals:  1. Run multiple paid campaigns across Google & FB. Preference of Google over FB. And other channels as well.   2. Manage daily budgets and daily volumes  3. Constantly A/B test across segments, creatives, pricing, gender, geography etc   4. Work with the creative team /agency to design communication  5. Work with the data, product and tech teams to learn and better execute the campaigns.   6. Rapid experimentation, learn, improve, scale, repeat.   Skills you must have:  1. 3-5 years of experience in running marketing campaigns within the technology industry  2. Preferably worked in an early stage startup  3. Be very comfortable with data and be a god at excel   4. Exposure to the financial industry is a big PLUS  5. High energy   6. Ability to get s- t done - come what may  7. You can't be a jerk, we have zero tolerance no matter how good you are: you have to work with other people   8. Passion and a strong sense of ownership, even about things that are not your directly responsibility  9. Run the entire web-based acquisition channel - end to end. New channels - new / automation / vendor (setting up the infra so we can generate leads from multiple sources)  14.
