Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Planning for the region / customer accounts
- Driving the back-end team for order execution and goods delivery
- Leading a cross-functional team of Sales Executives, Sourcing, logistics, Technology to drive daily sales and meeting targets
- Managing key accounts and maintaining, developing customer relations to maintain and grow sales
- Identifying new lead opportunities and pursuing them to develop them into large accounts
- Daily review, monitor, track team performance and mentor, groom the team members
- Managing vendors, transporters regularly
- Managing P & L of the area / accounts
- Reporting to and directly working with the top management team
