Supply Chain, Warehouse management & Logistics Management is one of the key pillars of Moglix's commerce business. The function's key job is to ensure all the customer order delivery within the promised TAT and creating an awesome customer experience by delivering business goods all across the country

The key role and responsibility of a Sr. Manager / Director of Supply chain would include:

- Leading a the team of all Post Order functions: Order Management, Forward & Reverse Logistics, Customer Issue resolution, Warehouse Operations

- Formulating strategy and executing innovative business process to achieve the goal of achieving a great customer experience

- Forging a great relationship with the Logistics and transportation companies to build a best in class infrastructure and capability to deliver the business orders across the country in the most cost effective way meeting the TAT targets

- Building capability of Pan India logistics of bulk orders adhering to all new GST tax structure

- Managing the entire Cost centre expenses for all the functions put together effectively

The ideal candidate would be someone with:

- MBA or equivalent degree from a premiere B school (preferably 2014/15/16/17 pass out)

- Strong Operations background preferably with Engineering from top institutes

- Strong Operations and process orientation

- Knowledge, experience in warehouse operations must

- Knowledge and hands on experience of B2B & Ecommerce logistics must

- Must have demonstrated achievement in managing Logistics service providers & transporters

- Knowledge of all supply chain challenges in India

- Eye for detail without losing the macro sight

- Extremely hardworking ability

- Passion to create an impact in the focus area

- Natural leadership skill to lead a diverse team

- Excellent communications and inter-personal skill to coordinate with different function and handle cross functional conflict situations

- Strong positive and go-getter attitude
