As Manager/Sr.Manager-Tech-Sales, individuals will work closely with customers and their regional sales team to grow and promote the sale of Moglix products. Tech-Sale Associates are the first line of contact with all new customers and along with their regional sales team. They establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new and current customer base.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities would include :

- Complete management of the Analytics vertical

- Analyzing data and building robust pricing mechanisms for the category

- Creating and owning Business Dashboards.

- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports

- Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment

- Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes

- Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole

- Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Attention to details - Knowledge of program management.

- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL, Excel, Python and R (preferred), Tableau/ Power BI, Pearl

- Expert in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data-sets with a variety of tools

- Expert in statistical predictive model building and deployment to drive enhanced business performance

- Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment; Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment; Willingness to work a flexible schedule

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Strong presentation skills and professional appearance Strong organizational skills

Education Qualification:

- B.Tech/MBA/MCA

- Min 3 Yrs. experience.
