Manage digital marketing processes, plans and spend optimization across Firstouch's products.  - Build a world-class in house marketing team, leveraging agencies as needed.  - Develop robust attribution and tracking methodology to link digital media to business results and goals  - Establish KPIs to drive growth, manage performance and impact on business goals across products  - Create Digital Marketing Strategy: Create digital strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement to maximize Firstouch growth across products and geographies, while driving brand consistency.  Responsibilities:  - Devising strategies to drive traffic to Firstouch products.  - Create, Monitor and Control all digital communication for Firstouch  - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns  - Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.  - Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.  - Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of Firstouch Digital Properties.  - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing  - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing  Requirements:  - Success leading online marketing in-house in a consumer product company (Technology/Mobile/eCommerce/Internet/Retail etc)  - Proven capabilities in driving large scale / hyper growth customer acquisition through digital marketing  - Highly analytical and metrics-driven leadership style  - Hands-on advanced expertise in digital marketing, including paid and organic search, affiliates, email marketing, social marketing and advertising, and other paid media  - Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to drive business results  - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills  - 4-12 years of relevant digital marketing experience  - Minimum of 2 years of team management experience
