Organization: Modi Naturals Ltd  Location:New Delhi  Job Description:  - Researching consumer markets, monitoring marketing trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest based upon consumer needs and spending habits.  - Liaising with PR, Digital, IR agencies  - Conceptualizing thematic marketing campaigns.  - Coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, color, fonts and imagery.  - Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring designing and messages meet the company brand regulatory guidelines.  - Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research.  - Competition tracking and benchmarking  Candidate Profile:  The ideal candidate will have up to 2-5 years- experience of Brand/communication management in a similar FMCG category working with the same target group.
