Marketing Operations Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, India

Model N is seeking a Marketing Automation and Operations Specialist to join its global team. The Marketing Automation and Operations Specialist will drive demand generation activities, maintain the marketing automation systems infrastructure, execute multi-touch campaign, execute nurturing campaigns, maintain the integrity of the lead database and develop campaign reporting metrics and analytics.

The primary responsibilities include:

- Marketing Systems Infrastructure: You- ll be using Google Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce.com to run campaigns that identify, engage and attract qualified prospects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns that nurture prospects.

- Lead Database Management: Responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of the lead database. Lead data cleansing initiatives and data synchronization between the website, Marketo and Salesforce.com. Partner with marketing team co-workers on list acquisition

- Campaign Execution: Responsible for deploying email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects and deliver leads to sales including email template and landing page development, list segmentation and lead scoring, and scheduling email campaigns. Responsible for managing assets templates for emails and landing pages.

- Campaign Reporting: Manage the development of dashboards and closed-loop reporting on demand generation campaigns to track effectiveness, lead pipeline, conversions on marketing campaigns and ROI.

- Process Development: Assists in the development of demand generation processes.

Required Skills/Characteristics:

- Marketo/Salesforce: The right candidate will have driven campaigns and would ideally have worked with one or more marketing automation systems like Marketo. The ideal candidate has strongMarketoskills and is certified or interested in becoming certified.

- Communication: Excellent English written and verbal skills are required. The right candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of small groups and be active in the Marketing Automation/ Demand Gen community.

- Tools: You- ll need to know how to leverage all the basic office tools including and most importantly Web Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords and Social Media Monitoring tools as well as PowerPoint followed by Excel and Word. You should be comfortable creating reports & dashboards using inbuilt functionalities in these tools.

- Collaboration: This is a highly collaborative job. You- ll need to coordinate extensively with the Programs Manager(s) to create truly integrated campaigns and events. You- ll need to coordinate with Product Marketing managers to ensure we have compelling messaging and offers. You- ll be making sure the leads we are passing to our SDRs are qualified and continuously helping with tuning lead scoring to improve quality. You- ll be connecting with product marketing for deliverables you need to nurture our prospects. Our activity will be cyclical. When you have things humming in Campaigns, you- ll be expected to actively grab other projects that are required for our global marketing efforts, which might include leading a smaller event on your own for example.
