Designation: Assistant Manager-Sales
Location : Delhi
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the direct advertising revenue targets for the organization
- Design and sell various propositions to media agencies and brands
- Penetrates and develops major accounts and new prospects, creates sales propositions and conducts pitches, negotiates contracts, and closes new business deals.
- Manages the market excellence/intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales strategies.
- Adept at managing sales pipeline, forecasting revenue monthly/quarterly.
- Liaison with internal teams to come up with new, innovative ad-solutions more effectively monetize our inventories.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years on performance-based ad sales (CPI) in India
-Experience in selling advertising propositions in mobile inventory will be an added advantage
- An extremely strong network of active relationships within Indian leading ad agencies and direct advertisers
- Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition.
- Full understanding of the mobile and digital advertising landscape in India
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Revenue Generation, Forecasting Accuracy, Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player
- Fluency in English is a must-have
